Marcio arrived at IMG Soccer Academy after spending 10 years with the Dallas Texans. While coaching in Dallas, Marcio establised and outstanding winning record. Amongst his wins are 13 State Cup Championsips, two Dallas Cups, two Nike Regional Titles and three Regional Championships. Marcio has developed players currently in the MLS and on the USA National Team.

Scott has a Masters in Athletic Coaching from West Virginia University. His coaching expecerienc includes West Virginia University, University of Tampa, Salisbury University and Eckerd College. Scott holds a U.S. Soccer Federation "B" license.
